HELP CENTER
Help for drivers using the LiveryOS Driver app, and for the dispatchers, admins and owners running a base on LiveryOS. Answers to the common questions are below; if yours isn’t here, write to us and a person will read it.
In the app
Fastest route if you can sign in. Drivers: Menu → Support. Dispatchers and admins: Support in the sidebar. Your ticket goes to your own company’s admins, who can escalate it to us if it turns out to be a software problem.
Email support
For anything you can’t sign in to report. We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday.

Invoices, seats, plan changes and cancellations. Account owners can also self-serve under Admin → Billing & Plan.

You need three things from your dispatcher: your company code, your username and your password. The app only works with companies that run on LiveryOS — if your company isn’t on the platform yet, there is no account for you to sign in to, and whoever runs your base should contact us.
Passwords are reset by your own company, not by us: ask your dispatcher or an admin at your base to set a new one. Check the company code too — it is the short code your dispatcher gave you, not your company’s full name, and a wrong code fails the same way a wrong password does. If your company confirms the account is active and you still can’t get in, email us and include your company code and username (never your password).
Three things to check, in order: you are signed in; you are on duty rather than off duty; and notifications are allowed for LiveryOS Driver in your phone’s settings. If you turned notifications down when the app first asked, iOS and Android will not ask again — you have to switch them back on in Settings. Open calls still appear in the list even when notifications are off, so pull to refresh if you are waiting on work.
So your dispatcher can see where you are while you are on a ride, and so the calls closest to you come to you instead of to a car across town. Location is collected only while you are signed in and on duty — going off duty or signing out stops it. You can refuse the permission and still use the app, but your base will be dispatching you blind.
Your company sets its own rates and controls what a ride pays, so start with your dispatcher — they can correct a ride after it is finished. Tips and wait time can be added to a completed ride from the app. If the number itself is being calculated wrong rather than entered wrong, open a ticket under Menu → Support with the ride and what you expected to see, and it reaches us.
The company you drive for owns its driver, ride and customer records, so account deletion goes through them: ask an admin at your base to remove your account. If you can’t reach them, email us at support@liveryos.com and we will pass the request on and act on it for them. We don’t sell your data or use it to train models — see our Privacy Policy for what we hold and why.
Update to the latest version first, then sign out and back in — that clears most stale-data problems. If it persists, tell us what you were doing when it happened, your phone model and OS version, and roughly when. Crashes are reported to us automatically, and that detail is what lets us match your report to the crash.
FOR DISPATCHERS AND OWNERS
Start a free 14-day trial from the home page — no card, no sales call. Your company and its database are created immediately. If you would rather be walked through it first, use the form below or the contact section on the home page.
Add each driver under Admin → Drivers, then send them your company code and their credentials. They install LiveryOS Driver free from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with those. Driver seats count against your subscription; drivers are never charged.
Admins and managers can reset any of their own people — drivers, dispatchers and other admins — from the user’s record. Email us only if the account locked out is the last remaining owner of the company, which we can restore after verifying you.
Admin → Billing & Plan shows what you are using and what it costs. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the end of the current period, and cancelling leaves your access intact until the period you have paid for ends. Export your data before it lapses, or write to billing and we will get it to you.
Yes, as part of onboarding and at no charge. Send whatever you have in whatever shape it is in — spreadsheets, an export from your old system, a stack of account sheets — and we will import your customers, house accounts and rates.
Email support and say what you are seeing and when it started — that reaches a person, and we would rather hear it twice than not at all. Include your company code so we can go straight to your database.
STILL STUCK
We answer within one business day, Monday to Friday. To get a useful reply on the first exchange, include:
• Your company code, and your username if you are a driver — never your password.
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• When it happened, and whether it is still happening now.
• For app problems: your phone model and OS version.
