QUESTIONS
Most operators are dispatching real calls the same day they sign up. Your company and database are provisioned the moment you create your account. The part that takes actual thought is entering your pricing zones — plan on an hour or two for that, and we will help you if you want the help.
Neither. You pay a flat monthly price for the software based on how many dispatchers and drivers you have. Every fare you collect is yours. We never touch your revenue.
The two work differently. Extra dispatchers are billed at your plan’s per-seat rate and prorated onto your next invoice — nothing is blocked. Drivers are a cap rather than a meter: your plan covers a set number, and taking on more means moving up a tier. You can see exactly where you stand at any time under Admin → Billing & Plan.
Yes, and you can do either on its own. A delivery is booked with a full manifest — pieces, weight and dimensions per item — with its own pickup and drop-off contacts, priced on distance and on the load, and with proof of delivery captured by the driver. Plans come in three shapes: rides only, deliveries only, or both, so you never pay for the half you do not run.
Whatever you run. Vehicle types are yours to configure — sedans and SUVs, or cargo vans, box trucks and tractor units — each with its own per-mile rate and its own rules about which work it can be offered. Nothing car-shaped is baked in.
No. The driver app is free for your drivers on iOS and Android. Driver seats are counted on your company subscription, not charged to them.
