Your board, live, on every dispatcher’s screen
The dispatch board shows every open call, every driver and every car in one place, and it updates the instant anything changes — no refresh, no "did you get that one?" across the room. Two dispatchers working the same board see the same thing. Assign a call by dragging it onto a driver; the offer lands on that driver’s phone and their acceptance comes straight back to the board.
Account work, priced and billed the way you agreed
House accounts are the part general-purpose dispatch tools get wrong. LiveryOS holds a rate agreement per account — negotiated point-to-point rates, hourly minimums, waiting time, tolls and surcharges — and applies it automatically when a call comes in under that account. Rides accrue against the account as they complete, and the monthly invoice builds itself from the rides rather than from someone re-keying a spreadsheet.
Standing orders that don’t need re-entering
The 6:40am to Newark every weekday, the Tuesday dialysis run, the school contract: enter the pattern once and the calls appear on the board on their own, each one editable without disturbing the rest of the series. Cancel a single date, change a pickup time from next Monday, or end the series — the board reflects it immediately.
A driver app your drivers will actually open
Drivers get offers, turn-by-turn navigation to the pickup, the passenger’s details and their own trip and earnings history on iOS and Android. Their position streams back to the board while they’re on a run, so a dispatcher answering "where is my car?" can answer it instead of calling the driver. The app is free for your drivers.
Your data is your data, in its own database
Every company on LiveryOS gets a dedicated database, not a shared table with a company column. Your rides, customers, drivers and rates are physically separate from every other operator on the platform, and you can export them whenever you want.
