Drivers and vehicles as separate things

A driver is not a car. Vehicles are held with their own class, plate, insurance and inspection records, drivers with their own licence and permit records, and the two are matched at dispatch time. A driver with more than one active vehicle is offered work for any of them.

Every vehicle on one map

Live positions for the whole fleet on a single map, streamed from the driver app. Pick the nearest available car for a job, see who is holding and who is running, and answer a client’s "where is it?" from the screen instead of from a phone call to the driver.

Compliance dates you get warned about

Driver licences, medical certificates, vehicle insurance, registrations and inspections all carry expiry dates in the system. An approaching expiry is a warning on your screen rather than a discovery at the roadside — which is the difference between scheduling a renewal and losing a car for a week.

Utilisation you can actually see

Rides, revenue and hours by driver and by vehicle, over any period. It answers the questions that decide whether you buy another car: which vehicles are earning, which are sitting, and which drivers are carrying the fleet.

Multiple zones or bases from one board

Run several service areas with their own pricing from a single system, with a single view across all of them. Adding a zone is a settings change, not a second installation.
